I have never had a Facebook friend die. Or even someone die that I read their blog. Yesterday morning when I woke up I noticed that a few mutual friends had written on Nancy's wall on Facebook.
It's a shock to think that she's gone now. She has three beautiful children that she fought hard to have and now she is gone. I remember her from almost 4 years ago on the Web MD message boards and then I started reading her blog. After a while we become friends on Facebook. She was always supportive to everyone she came across and was very knowledgeable with trying to conceive.
It's just sad and it sucks that those kids will be growing up without her.
Holy Shit! What happened? I have been reading her blog since I don't know when. I know it was before she started her treatments to have Karl. I feel so sorry for her family. She will be sadly missed.

ReplyDeleteOMG...I can't believe it's been 6 years since I first met Nancy on WebMD, and now she's gone. It's horrific... I can't even imagine. I'm heartbroken!

ReplyDeletei heard about Nancy a couple of days ago. I have "known" Nancy for 7 years after meeting on the webmd boards. I am so shocked and sad. From what I have heard, it was very sudden---possibly a blood clot. I have searched for her on facebook, but cannot find her using her first, maiden, or married last name and would like to leave a message on her wall. :(
